On the 22ndday of May in the 15th year of the reign of King James between John Morewood, John Greaves and other inhabitants and feoffees of the Bradfield in the County of York and his Majesty's Commission selected John Shaw or his deputy Upon deposition exhibited unto the Lord's keeper by the parishioners. It is ordered by his lordship that the cause and the several exceptions put in by the above to the decision made for the parishioners by the same proviso upon the statue of charitable uses shall be heard before his lordship the first day of next term in the afternoon of the same day Jeremy Edwards Symon Rydes |
